WHM gives you the full reseller control panel, create and manage cPanel accounts, set resource limits per account, configure package definitions, monitor disk and bandwidth usage, and manage DNS zones for your clients. Each client receives their own individual cPanel account with the features and limits you define for them.

Yes. Each client account you create through WHM receives their own individual cPanel login, giving them full self-service control over their website files, email accounts, databases, and domains within the limits you define. As the reseller, you retain administrative oversight and can access any client account from WHM if needed. Clients interact only with their own cPanel, they have no visibility into your WHM dashboard or any other client's account.

Upgrading your reseller plan is straightforward. Contact our support team to request an upgrade from Starter to Business Reseller, or from Business to Professional Reseller. The upgrade applies to your existing reseller account, all existing client accounts and their data remain intact during the process. There is no need to migrate client accounts or reconfigure nameservers. We recommend monitoring your allocation usage and upgrading proactively rather than waiting until capacity is exhausted.
