What is the difference between shared hosting and VPS hosting?

Do you offer WordPress hosting?

Can I transfer my domain to HarmonWeb?
Yes. We support domain transfers for most major extensions. The process is straightforward, unlock your domain at your current registrar, obtain the authorization code, and submit a transfer request through HarmonWeb. Our team assists with every step.
What happens after I buy a hosting plan?
After your purchase is confirmed, your hosting account is provisioned and you receive your credentials by email. From there, you can log into your control panel, upload your website files, configure your domain, and access all account features. Our team is available if you need assistance during setup.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes. Our support team is available to assist with hosting-related issues, domain configuration, control panel navigation, and general technical questions. For more advanced needs such as server setup and hardening, our Linux Server Administration service is available.
Do you assist with website migration?
Yes. We offer website migration assistance for clients moving to HarmonWeb. The scope of migration support depends on your hosting plan and the complexity of your current setup. Contact our team to discuss your specific migration needs.
What does Linux server administration include?
Our Linux Server Administration service covers server setup and deployment, security hardening, troubleshooting, performance optimization, migration, and ongoing monitoring. This service is available for servers hosted with HarmonWeb or on external infrastructure.
How does billing and renewal work?
Hosting plans and domain registrations are billed on the billing cycle you select at purchase (monthly or annual). You will receive renewal reminders in advance of your renewal date. Payments can be managed through your client account dashboard.
What is the difference between a domain and hosting?
A domain name is your website's address on the internet (e.g. yourbrand.com). Hosting is the service that stores your website's files and makes them accessible online. You need both a domain and a hosting plan for a fully functional website. HarmonWeb offers both services.
What does your refund policy cover?
